Purchasing commercial playground equipment from Kidstruction is fun and easy. Once you have contacted us, you will be assigned a courteous and friendly representative and he/she will guide you through the complete process from choosing your equipment to having it installed.
Of course, the first step in making your commercial playground equipment project a reality would be to contact us. We will cheerfully respond to emails and telephone calls, and answer any questions you might have. We can proceed at your own pace, whether it’s slow and methodical, or your needs are more immediate.
What is the scope of your project? How many kids? What age groups will primarily be using the playground equipment? How big is your area? Will you need accessories? Ground cover? Swing set? Water slide?
Answers to these kinds of questions will help define your project. As you and your Kidstruction rep discuss your particular situation, we can offer solutions that work for you, and get you the commercial playground equipment you want.
After you and your representative have discussed all the important issues, he/she will present you with several different options, based on the information provided. All structures, designs, pricing, installation dates, etc., can be customized and adjusted until you are completely satisfied.
Once your playground equipment design has been chosen, it is immediately checked, approved, and sent to our facility for production. Your project is monitored daily to ensure quality fabrication, and your rep will keep you abreast of its status until ready to be delivered to you.
When your playground equipment is ready, we will either deliver it to you or have it shipped to your site depending on what you and your Kidstruction rep arranged. Our crew will arrive and, after they’ve been instructed on where to install the structure, they will courteously and efficiently install the structures.
Our crew will not leave the site until you are satisfied. We want you to walk through the project and make sure it’s exactly as you envisioned it. Remember, we want you to tell a friend!
